Production Time

All items sold through Local Threads are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Options & Costs

• We ship within the United States only.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected delivery speed.
• Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after production.
• Express shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after production.

• Economy shipping typically takes 4–8 business days after production.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellations can not be guaranteed. However, any requests for cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed and a full refund may not be available.

Cancellation refund eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Returns & Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Photo evidence may be required.

If your claim is approved, we will either:
• Replace the item at no cost, or
• Issue a full refund

Lost or Delayed Packages

All shipments include tracking.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
