Local Threads (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website localthreads.co (the “Site”). We connect small businesses with customers who want to purchase official branded apparel from the places they love.

We comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and your payment information is safe and secure when doing business on this site. Information shared with a payment provider to process payments includes:

Do Not Track

Our web services do not alter, change, or respond upon receiving Do Not Track (DNT) requests or signals in browsers. As described in more detail above, we track user activity using web server logs, cookies and similar technologies. Information collected in web server logs helps us analyze website usage and improve the user's experience. Cookies allow us to offer you a customized experience and present relevant advertising to you.

Limiting use of, or deleting, your Personal Information may impact features and uses that rely on that information.

Right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information or processing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising. While we do not sell personal information for money, we may disclose identifiers or other information to third parties to help us reach you with targeted advertising and for other analytics and marketing and advertising purposes. The State Privacy Laws may classify our use of some of these services as “selling” or “sharing” your Personal Information with the providers of these services. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for interest-based ads, and related tracking, by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info” link at the footer of our homepage.
